Are Latin American Left Governments Picking Up Where Development Theorists Left Off?
The recent demands for better education and health care of a precarious middle class in chile may seem as first world problems compared to the mid century battle. You write, quote, initially concerned with growth and development more than equity sepalinos. Do the latin american left governments that have contended for contended for power and governed since the ots still maintain some of that vision? Ye. I mean, this is something that is sort of like a question in my mind. So more than an answer, i don't think i have a concrete answer but i do think it's there.
