I'm just doing the breath work at night or like a bath now Just like chill just trying to chill out before going to bed I've also discovered the float tanks the sensory deprivation tanks. So yeah, those are all kind of different things that I use and then I'm actually getting more into like just dancing like not even just moving You know like just somatically, you know Just like moving and just like being weird and whateverJust by myself and my house and my socks and like, you know like whatever tom cruise and in that one but um Just like shaking it out for me. There's endless amounts of self-care and modalities and things that we can tune into.
