Yyesanri, i didn't know anything about this book until it got put on the long list. It was kind of a shock to see what was going on. I can't read any passages cause, frankly, most of them would have language that would kick us right out of the explicit rating. But percival everett is not shy of confronting these things. He feels very much like a satire, but it's very grounded in some hard things.
