VIX Holds Up and Not Making a New Low

VIX didn't make a new low while the S&P's making new highs. That divergence never holds up, it either breaks back down which was this morning what I thought was happening. And actually when it looked like that was happening, I turned my screen off for a couple hours. It just seems to have reversed for us and or for whatever call I had there.
