There is a possibility of more than one capital rais if you're looking at sort of a programme of buying up properties. We just want to raise money in a way that looks after everybody, doesn't dilute, and it not too deep a discount to o trade prosent. Could there more in the future? Yes. Lo, we don't want to overload banked. It obviouslyd and i think we need to be careful about when we phase the acquisitions.
