"I think we all have this. I think there's some things we do just for the goal. We're not in it for the process," he says. "It took me 15 years to become a good singer and I practiced singing for at least an hour a day and I sucked." He has started several companies where he developed something 90% of the way before launching, because he enjoys the process.
