The Role of Trinticular Function in Heart Failure and Preserve Ejection Fraction

In patients with chronic coronary artery disease, cardiac troponin predicts risk of myocardial infarction or cardiovascular death independent of cardiovascular risk factors and disease severity. Further studies are required to evaluate whether root in testing could inform the selection of high risk patients for treatment intensification.
