Is There a Magic in in-Person Investing?
I'm a big believer in it in person work, especially for these product driven companies. There's a magic that happens when we're all like trying to figure out how to stop the robo callers and you can't really replicate that remote. And several of my team members are in Miami and they're thrilled. They were raised from the taxes as well. So yeah, they basically get an implicit, like this is amazing. We're not supposed to do not pay. Well, we're working on that. It would be irrational not to invest in them because they asked me for that my help. I want to have a financial incentive to help them.
