For me, it's starts and ends with gratitude. And for those people who don't know that gratitude isn't just a really nice idea on a greeting card, but is a science based practice. You know, perhaps scanning for three good things at the end of a day can make a huge difference. The science backs it up. So we don't have to do a lot, but we have to understand what to do, and we have to know. For me, i need to know why. It makes it easier to not let myself off the hook, or to remind myself that, come on, take two minutes. Know what you're building. Know what that's going to do
