First meetings, i would say to expect, have an expectation of nothing yet very don't expect anything to happen. Let the expectations form as part of that first initial i a dialogue and even ask the person, what are you what would you hope to get out of to day? What are you expecting to day? Very, very good. Good managers, listen to that. If you're a salesperson, forward this to your manager so they can hear it. Blame us. It should be the same answer every single time.
