Is China Going to Help Russia?
I understand the geopolitical reasons for China to help Russia. Are they really going to give them? I mean, it feels like this is more of a rhetorical back and forth with the West rather than a serious effort. The providing of those weapons could change the war as both sides are expecting a ramp up of fighting in Ukraine ahead of the head of the spring. And from China's perspective, the greater strategic picture can swing quite significantly. Is there another country that could persuade China to back off that isn't the United States?
