I think it's a lot easier to trust when it's a legitimate ingredient that's been shown to improve performance rather than ones that claim things that probably aren't third party tested and have ingredients that I've never heard of before yeah not exactly. Jen what's your opinion on the taste of it because you know at the end of the day I feel like humans even if something is shown to help them if it tastes horrible like it's going to be hard to get them to take it so she says black currents are one of those products that everyone knows about but there are so many benefits of it but it just tastes horrible. It mixes really well with smoothies it tastes great with just plain water
