How to Make the Most Money Out of Your Storage Units
I'd rather focus on one building, how can I make the most money out of this one building and get the money that way. Is it easier to get residential houses or it's the same process? It's easier because it's more, it's more homes out there as more people. That's in distress situations a little tougher to find great commercial deals. But again, for me, I'd rather spend a little bit more time on the commercial, even though it'll take a little longer. When I do hit a home run, it's going to take, it'sgoing to make up for it.
