Is There an Agenda for a Universal Basic Income?
I think this will be, as we've seen in other countries, including chile and peru most recently, it will be a decisive factor for how much real change can happen if thereis the capacity to to remould the structures of government. It opens up new possibilities that are not so easily rolled back by, it, by a change of power. And i notice that castro is reputed to support some kind of a universal basic income.
