Weight and Health Are Not That Connected
i find myself unsure of how to navigate the situation, because i want to be body positive. I thinkthat one of the misconceptions that we have is that if we start to take on this this body positive mentality, it's actually more of a dieting mentality. And so overall, health doesn't just mean the smallest version of ourselves, but also, yes and right, we can also work toward our healthier habits.
