Bench Scale Fermentation at New Belgian Brewery

The first set of experiments we're going to talk about is the bench scale fermentation. Here at New Belgian Brewery, we consider a bench scale at one liter or less. The biotransformation efficiency was unaffected by the timing of our addition. We dry hopped at 2.6 grams per liter.
