Is It a Top Down Situation?

I could probably count on one hand the number of companies i feel meet those same sort of criteria. There are not many companies out there like that. It's a shocking reflection on our societies, northern and southern, that that's so hard to find. My kind of enthusiasm about this is almost like a direct reflection on the anger that i have,. I feel like when i tell people about the various things and processes of this place, there shouldn't be shock.
