The Pandemic of Re-Entry and Re-Integration

As this pandemic comes to an end and we go into re entry or re integration, i invite every one to be extremely aware, extremely patient and extremely gentle. If you rush tore entry or reintegration, you can overwhelm your senses which defeats the entire reason for attending the retreat in the first place. Am i saying not to go see your friends and families that you haven't seen im forever? Absolutely not. I look forward to going back to the movies regularly, concerts opening up again, and of course, vacation again.
