The Nine Shootings in Kensington

Nine people shot day before yesterday. No one apprehended. This is shocking. We are living right now in Pennsylvania with a daily homicide rate daily. And the scars that it leaves in our communities, which are fractured because of crime are generational. Turn out tomorrow is going to be critical. I'll probably know by four in the afternoon on this program whether or not enough of you are turning out to make this a winnable race.
