This is Belfast Harbour Marina, just off the River Laggan. Three low-rise residential apartment blocks overlooking moorings for sailing boats and leisure craft. And to my right is the Titanic Belfast Visitor Experience at the very slipway where the White Star liner was built. Behind me though is a restaurant built by developers who no doubt hope it will be fitted out by a major commercial tenant if the Windsor framework secures the future of the Good Friday Agreement. In the meantime, volunteers have painted the bare concrete in cheerful colours,. They're selling homemade food to customers sitting at donated tables who pay whatever they can afford.
