i like to call cultural artifacs. Green team is a cue word for all this other language that we've agreed upon together. It actually, it makes coaching andand interventions so much easier when we're on the same page about what these things mean. Thereis so much power in this shared language. Like you said, when we say empty the tank, they know it means all these things. And then also to attach it to something that we can award, that we can use to reinforce and recognize this mind set,. or this identity that we've cocreated together. The shared language helps bring it all together.
