How to Manage Aftermarket Inventory

In inventory management, it's much easier to plan when you have higher volume because usually inventory management is done in percent changes. If you normally move 5,000 units per month, there's not a big difference between four and 5,000. But if you only move five units per month,. you might move five units or 25 units or zero units for two months. So it's very difficult to manage inventory management. And I feel like that could be happening a lot as well, right? Whereas maybe not only some of that inventory going to have to move at a, you know, at a much discounted price, but maybe some of that Inventory is never going to move ultimately.
