Do You Think There's a Benefit to the Climate to Drill Oil in Venezuela?

There are 9,000 unused permits here in the United States on federal land that oil and gas companies can and should take advantage of. This has been a failed energy policy. We're favoring Venezuelan oil over American oil. And we need a new modernized Monroe Doctrine because if it starts falling into our foreign adversaries, this is not halfway to work.
