What Makes This the Right Time to Write an Essay?

It took me a year to write the piece, and then i actually decided i couldn't publish it because i was so afraid of hurting my son and my parents and am and my kid's father. And i just felt like it wasn't worth the chance tat that i might hurt some one. Then everything in the supreme court with respect to access to abortion and restrictions on abortion over the past year started happening. That definitely catalyzed my reconsideration whether or not this essay would be worth publishing. Everyone said, this is a perspective we don't hear enough, and this is these, these ideas need to be out there.
