The White House's Cybersecurity Implementation Plan Is a Positive Step
There are two major fundamental shifts that the implementation plan calls for, especially when it comes to allocating roles and responsibilities in cyberspace. The first is that it puts a huge onus on federal sector agencies to really assume a greater share of the burden for mitigating cyber risk. And the second is that it's increasing the incentives that exist to kind of favor long-term investments into cybersecurity.
