Scientology has been shrinking under Miscavige's leadership. So he really hasn't been keeping anything going. Even a lie detector doesn't actually tell you whether you're telling the truth or not. There are no judges that are Scientologists that I'm aware of. Scientology would say it is your mental pictures being stimulated through the course of auditing that is causing the resistance of the electrical flow to change during an auditing session.
