Does It Matter Militarily?
I mean, i think it matters both as a symptom of what we could call, in some ways, the end of empire, but also it matters in the sense of countries that are turning their back on that particular oricultural product. And if you feel isolated, if you feelthat you do not have ls and friends, then that that clearly has some impact, i'd say some. But again, moral is absolutely crucial. They about how much are you willing to suffer in order to get what you want.
