Not long after doctor osborne's visit to doctor rorke adams, a meeting is held in his office. Two ice officers are there along with doctor osborne, the chief medical examiner, sam gollino, and a representative from the philadelphia district attorney's office. It seems that this group was brought together in an effort to change ellen's manner of death from homicide to suicide. The circumstances are just odd around this.
