Just nine hours after brenda made that final phone call, a hitch hiker discovered a child's body lying just off route 50 in prince george's county, maryland. Now police were starting to realize that this is far more than a coincidence and they were, in fact, dealing with a serial killer. Investigators noticed that the time between abduction and the time he was holding the girl's captive was getting smaller and smaller.
