Is the Rule of Unintended Consequences Going Into Effect?
The comment period has been extended to December 13. And anyone you know who might be impacted or have any thoughts on it to make sure to put in a public interest comments submit a public interest comment on this. I would expect this maybe to come out in quarter to potentially a final rule by the end of 2023.
