A thea turnkey house is my least lucrative, but only by 33 dollars. And i spend almost twice as much for that place than i did the other place. So although you might show more profit right now, these other properties are going to have expenses and maintenance that will probably eat into that exactly. It's a long term passive income plus retirement.
