How to Get a Job in a Steel Mill
CNN's John Sutter looks at the life of a working class steel worker family. He says it can be hard to keep up with schedules that run 24 hours a day, three eight hour shifts. The wife has to help her husband get clean and make dinner for their four or five kids when he gets home from his workday. This is an emotional job in a kind of day-to-day way, writes Sutter.
