How to Design Voice Interfaces?

How do you build voice interfaces? It's mostly done through the means of writing dialogues. You're tripping into all these like social expectations that we mostly are not dealing with in, in screen worlds. So your job really as a UXer I suppose is to make sure that you're building in lots of error, recovery and flexibility for human conversations.
