Introduction
Kasonga: I truly believe that every one can benefit from mindfulness and that it's the answer to everything, or at least the beginning. But as with most things, there isn't a definitive, conclusive solution to everything,. So am i saying that mindfulness not for everyone? Not at all. A story of what happened in a session i taught will better illustrate the point i'm trying to make here.
