The Role of the Burn Offering
The community, of course, will provide two male goats and then a ram for their offerings. Aaron shall offer the bowl as a sin offering for himself and shall make a tome it for himself and for his house,. The goat on which the lot fell for Azazel shall be presented alive before the Lord to make atonement over it. In the instance of this live goat, the idea again, falling back to atonement has to do with the person or in this case, it's representative for the whole congregation.
