Docker - Copy, Space, Dot, Slash - You Can't Change the Source Contents

If you're doing something like building and application, like using maven inside your docker build, it's going to create a target directory. And so any time you do a copy, dot and then space, dot, slash, your file contents are changing every single time. So there's two important call outs here. One, be aware of what's in your copy statements. Second part of my tip here is you can leverage a docker ig norfile, a dot docker ignorfile.
