What Is Your Exit Strategy?
Even if you're 40 years old which are the majority of our clients now they we have to give an exit strategy. Some banks won't take downsizing as an exit strategy but all the banks are happy to look at selling an investment property for an exit strategyYeah well there's a string thing bricks and mortar right there isn't it? If you say that your exit strategy in in 20 years time or 25 years time or 15 years time is sell the property the banks are pretty much saying well okay because we know it will have gone up in value yeah.
