Charlie says he and Nicole had an argument the night before they were found dead. He was texting her oldest daughter, Alexa, but then she stopped responding eventually to during this time. So it wasn't until he got back at nine that morning that he found all three deceased. Charlie's truck is towed from the home and officers canvassed the neighborhood asking the neighbors if they heard or saw anything suspicious on the night of their deaths.
