The Impostor Senrom

i feel like for a lot of women, when there's that point where you don't get the promotion, or you're not paid what we're worth, you start thinking, ok, it's me li. I'm not good enough. And now we call that the impostor sindrom right? And and women. There books written about it, and people go to councelling about theimpostor sentr absolutely. So how do you push past that? How do you say, you know what? I'm not just going to stick around here and be undervalued. I'm going to go start my own firm. I believe in me.
