i started a new job last week, wich as great, and i definitely changed my strategy this time to the last time that i was looking for a job. And but i think you kind of end up in the same pipe line. Like, even if liht recruiters or people in the company are reaching out to you, hey, we want you for this job. They'll still put you into the same pipe. Those companies will lose long term, right? Because if there is a really strong person, then another company will take that person, and they'll move faster. It's just the truth,. which is why they end up with, you know, less than ideal talent
