Core developer Luke Smith says he had a little bigger of a target on his back being a core developer. He was reckless and everyone even core developers can be reckless. There's plenty that are being stepped by the rules of the reckless, it doesn't even cost any money. The story is still developing I think I think that more is going to come out but he was reckless.
