Doodling Apps, Paper or Penultimate?

I can't wrap my head around taking notes on the iPad with a stylus. Maybe my handwriting is just that atrocious, but the iPad makes it 10 times worse. I'm going to be worried about having all these paper copies for everybody. So alternatively, you could run a meeting with a Mac and it's a lot of the same tools. But I don't think it's as good because the wall is always there.
