Is Your Business Setting Up to Support Increased Salary?
The way that our business is set up, an, i'm not attributing this necessarily to jerret's crushi orbsness. It er just come generalizing. But like you're saying, you're still kind of affecting your industry in a really positive way outside of your primary purpose as a business. Like, that's pretty coold. The reality is, we live in a world in which people want to grow and develop themselves. That used to be the norm. And you have to create a business that accommodates that.
