The Ego Overrides It

It's just the or feeling with the ego that overrides it all to keep your true self from shining aware. We identify those thoughts, those the ego running says, theyre something less than love,. And we put it on a judge in aghbl work shape and question them. So when you meet that question with what you think the answer is going to be, that's not it. This is an exercise and stillness.
