The Dot Com Memo, the Race to the Bottom
Barry Rittilts: I think to indicate the process for taking advantage of extremes of the cycle. In March of 07, I wrote a memo called The Race to the Bottom. And then in mid October, 08, which was the depths of the crisis, I wrote one called the limits to negativism. He says most of these things stem from some externalities experience.
