Robert norman was born in detona beach, florida in 19 forty two. He joined the air force when he was 18 and served for 20 years before deciding that it just wasn't for him. Robert eventually got a job as a bartender, but continued to pursue his art. After 11 years of painting thousands of blank canvases over 11 years, robert breathedi into happy little trees from ashes.
