Investing in the Market

A lot of people just like to jump in and I think the biggest thing when it comes to strategy and structure is there is a log list but it's actually really costly to undo it. If we can get that strategy and structure right first then it saves a lot of heartache down the track as well. That sort of moves on to the second one which is tax. So if you invest in the wrong entity or the wrong person if that makes sense Then ultimately you end up paying a lot more tax in the long run as well. Tax should definitely be a consideration when it come to, you know, people making mistakes when they build wealth so you've got to think about tax where possible
