The Long Term Vision of Chelsea
Pochettino is the longest serving manager under Daniel Levy by some considerable distance. The way he managed that relationship was far more skillful than any other manager or head coach has managed to do and to leave it. His decisions around the squad and players were always long term. He used the Academy more than any other top manager before or since. I think he will, he will definitely fit into their their long term plan for sure but things probably need to change a bit once this appointment sorted out.
