Is Boris Johnson on the Ballot Paper?

If Boris Johnson gets 100 nominations, there's a good chance he could make a dramatic and controversial comeback. The Tories look dead and buried at the moment but you can't write them off completely. We're waiting for this big fiscal announcement on the 31st of October - is it going to happen? And does it mean that whoever wins the leadership contest next week has to keep Jeremy Hunter's their chancellor?
