I think so much of it on a core level starts at like, who is this person? You know, how do you treat them when they come to the website? How do you get more value out of them? What are you going to offer them? And I think one of the core places that we started with is just like personalizing the experience. So whether it's on email, whether you're using clavio, right, or whatever you guys use, segmenting based on what they bought and then following up with them.
